After the Last Bell: Privacy Questions Regarding School Issued Chromebooks

Where is the line between privacy and safety when it comes to kids and schools? Should they monitor a child's computer at all times, even when not in school? Should they be able to activate the microphone and/or camera at any time?

We will debate this issue and how extensions from companies selling administrative software allow this type of tracking in Chromebooks.
